Oscar Igbokwe (JP) is the president and CEO of Bussdor Group of Company Limited. He is an astute businessman that has vast interests in the oil and gas, energy, power and facilities/civil engineering sectors of the Nigerian economy.

He is a Public Administration graduate from Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas, USA and also holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from the same University.

He has served on the board of several establishments in various capacities both as Chairman and Director. Paramount amongst these are: as a member representing Imo State on the Board of Directors of the Oil Mineral Producing Areas Development Commission (OMPADEC) and as Chairman of the Marketing Sub-Committee for the Local Organizing Committee of the 10th World Youth Football Championship (Nigeria ’99), Port Harcourt Zone. Presently, he is a member of the Governing Council of Federal College of Education Obudu, Cross River State.

Mr. Igbokwe was a member of the Board of Directors, Nigerian National Petroleum Cooperation (NNPC), Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (NLNG), a member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and presently a member of the Board of Directors, Schlumberger Nigeria Limited.

He has several awards to his credit.

Sunday Oscar Igbokwe Jr is a key shareholder & Chief Officer of Operations at Bussdor Group of Companies (COO).

He holds a degree in Marketing from Texas Southern University. He collaborates with the CEO on marketing and securing agreements with prospective clients.

He currently oversees company procedures and employee productivity. Over a decade he has driven organizational growth, built a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that company goals are met.

He is in charge of effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, client & internal performance management and company assets.

Mercy Igbokwe is the Director of Finance. She is a graduate of Sociology from Imo State University Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria and has a post-graduate Diploma in Economics. She is in charge of the internal financial and accounting policies and procedures of the company.

She has vast knowledge in finance and operations management and also the ability to smooth-run business operations that push growth and increase efficiency and bottom-line profit.

She is in charge of Company’s budget forecast and expenditure and also liaises with the company’s bankers and external auditors to ensure full compliance with the required financial standards.

She also takes stock of Bussdor assets and investments. She led the financial planning and analysis team in providing an effective analytical report, which has helped improve the company immensely.

Tony Dauda Abba, in the capacity of General Manager overseeing the operations of the company, he holds an MBA in Management and M.Sc. in Economics both from Nasarawa state university Keffi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from university of Port Harcourt, with years of experience in Contract administration, Oil & Gas sector, Procurement management system and Corporate strategic planning.

He brings in his wealth of experience to bear on all enquiries from clients and directly supervises the packaging of contract proposals, order placements for local and international procurement.

He has attended several courses, conferences and exhibitions in Oil & Gas, HSE, Power/Energy sector, Procurement and strategic management both within and outside the country notably (UK, France, India, UAE and Ghana).

He is a member of the chartered institute of Purchasing and supply UK and also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

Kelechi Hope is the Manager Operations and Corporate Planning. He holds an M.sc in Project Management from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri and a Bsc in Geology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.

He leads, coordinates and review strategic plans of the group. Ensures that new business plans are introduced with best code and standards in the industry.

He is a member of the Nigerian Gas Association.

Pious Akushie Ukwuoma is the Manager Business Development. He holds a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna and a Masters Degree in Electrical Power System Engineering from same university.

He has over 12 years of experience in ICT, Power System Engineering, Project Management, Instrumentation and Control Engineering which he has gained from the power, energy, construction, oil & gas industries.

He oversees all Engineering Procurements, Engineering Business Developments, Implementation of Electrical Engineering projects and ensures that they meet Industry best Standards.

He is widely travelled and has represented the company in many local and international conferences and exhibitions, notably is the COMTRANS 2016 in Gurgaon, India.

He is an active member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and he is registered with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

Elma E. Onwuka is the Manager, Legal/Human Resources. She holds a masters (LLM) and first degree (LLB) in law, called to the Nigerian Bar and has practiced in various law firms.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Federation of Women Lawyers and also a member of the Young Lawyers forum.

She has attended several conferences and seminars, undergone training in office Etiquette and human resource management.

She handles staff welfare, training and recruitment, offers legal advice on activities embarked on by the company and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements.

She also maintains the company fleet of cars and enforces Company Policies.

Ada Ihebuka is the Community Liaison Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Anambara State University Uli and a Masters Degree in Law from same University.

Having been called to the Nigerian Bar, she is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Federation of Women Lawyers, and International Bar Association (IBA).

Ada has a wide experience, having worked for several law firms. In her present capacity, she represents the company in community related matters.

Ike Nkemakolam Amobi is the Manager, Project Management. He was trained at University of Lagos where he graduated with First Class Degree in Quantity Surveying. Also holds a master’s degree in Quantity Surveying from the same University.

He brings to bear his years of experience in Contract Administration, Civil, Building Construction and Services, Road Construction Works, Contract Negotiation and Supervisions gained in Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), the Nigerian Police Force and various Government parastatals in Abuja.

He is a member of NIQS, registered with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria and member, Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators.

Chinenye Okibe is the Manager Accounts/Finance. She holds an MBA Financial Management and B.Sc. Finance. Based on years of experience and series of accounting courses she has attended, she has proven her mettle in the areas of monitoring and offering advice on all of the company’s financial records and transactions.

She co-ordinates all business accounts, budget forecast and expenditure, staff pay rolls, relates with the company’s bankers and external auditors to ensure full compliance with the required financial standards.

Kanayo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Enugu state University, he is a registered member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering, (COREN), Member Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE).

A trained power system engineer and project manager, He has worked with several companies as a project engineer.

He is currently an electrical Engineer with Bussdor group.

AKANO Mike holds a Masters degree in business administration (MBA), a post graduate diploma in Civil Engineering and a first degree in civil Engineering.

He has worked for over a decade as a civil engineer in various engineering firms and has successfully handled several engineering projects.

He is responsible for the coordination of activities in the civil engineering department which includes preparation of technical and commercial proposals for engineering projects, pretender site inspections and actual project execution.

He is well vast in formulation of CASHES and HSE policies. An expert in construction and project management.

He is a registered member of Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
